So thankful for Feed America First, 40,000 families receive assistance from this Murfreesboro warehouse. Sims~Lohman volunteers got the honor of helping load the trucks and trailers to go out to the communities to distribute the perishable and non-perishable items. Food insecurity affects 1 in 8 U.S. households, including millions of children. The team from Sims-Lohman's Southeast Division stepped up by holding food drives for their local food pantries: The Lowcountry Food Bank in Charleston, the Never Alone Community Food Pantry in Kennesaw and the St. Martin de Porres Food Pantry in Charlotte.

Sims-Lohman is proud to have partnered with the Emergency Shelter of NKY as a sponsor of their Homeless to Hopeful fundraiser. Sims team members and representatives from MasterBrand, Inc. attended the event to hear from those directly impacted by the shelter's work and to celebrate its mission to provide guests with compassion, respect, and dignity.

Sims-Lohman's Central Region heard the Assistance League of Greater Cincinnati was in need of diapers for children who are homeless or in foster care - and boy did they answer the call! We literally have diapers filling an entire office!

He sent pictures, talked with operations and, overall, went above and beyond to ensure we were informed and comfortable with our selection. When install occurred, there was a blip and the wrong side of the ledge had been polished. Quick thinking, the install team was able to repurpose one and cut it on site and then drove an hour and back again in the same day and got a newly made one installed!! We were VERY impressed from beginning to end, grateful for all the extra effort and completely in awe of our new quartz kitchen countertop, backsplashes and ledges!!
