On November 15th, we gathered for our quarterly Meat Friday, a cherished tradition at Sims Exteriors & Remodeling. It’s a time for us to share updates, new employees, celebrate highlights, and give shoutouts to the incredible team members who go above and beyond—both in the office and in the field. 💪 Meat Friday isn’t just about the delicious steak, ribs, brisket, and sides (though those are amazing!); it’s about taking a moment to connect with colleagues we don’t often see, strengthening our bonds as a team, and appreciating the hard work and dedication everyone brings to the table. It was a fantastic evening celebrating & experiencing remarkable achievements across the remodeling industry, from standout projects to membership milestones. At Sims Exteriors & Remodeling, we believe that strong internal relationships are just as important as the ones we build with our clients. Last week, the men of our team enjoyed their annual Men's Retreat where they went fishing at Turtle Flambeau in Mercer, Wisconsin, where they had the chance to recharge, strengthen bonds, and boost morale.
