Did you participate in any CX discussions and discover something to help your team grow? Our team member, Titilola Shittu, had the opportunity to attend the Piggyvest Customer Success Roundtable 2024. One key takeaway from the panel session, "Optimizing Customer Experience through Cross-Departmental Collaboration," moderated by Fadeke Ojora, was this: “Customer experience (CX) isn’t the responsibility of one team—it’s a shared effort across the organization!” When customer support, product development, sales, and marketing work toward a common goal, customers receive consistent and personalized experiences. Each team contributes to a better understanding of customer needs and challenges. Every department has valuable insights into customer behavior and feedback. By integrating these perspectives, companies can create a fuller picture, driving product and service improvements.
