Unlike other letting agents we don’t receive kickbacks or profit shares from the contractors we appoint. Our management fee may be slightly higher than some of our competitors but that is because we are upfront and transparent; you certainly won’t find us inflating the cost of works or the regularity of repairs just to line our pockets.
