Two out of five women are the breadwinners in their families, and 40% of women make more than their husbands. These are statistics that make me very proud of how far women have come. The unintended consequences worry me for my boys. The change to the family system happened almost overnight and men were not prepared our equipped for their changing roles. The result of this is increased depression, isolation and lack of purpose for our men. And this requires a courageous conversation. I believe it is truly possible to be an advocate for women and men.
