Each year The DX Academy interviews 1,000 US online shoppers to understand how they use #socialmedia as part of their shopping process. We've just published the 2024 report (link in the comments below) and a short overview video here. Its very clear that social is now the start of the buying process for most consumers - 79% uses social media for shopping, 77% at least once per week.
