Great to see progress at the Marlowe! The crew is currently rolling trusses on the floor deck for the 6th floor (manufactured by our truss business, Rigid Component Systems) and will start setting wall panels on the top floor next week. This 205-unit 205,000 gsf multifamily project is being delivered in Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood, bringing much needed housing and additional vibrancy to a rapidly evolving section of Colfax.
