Big business starts as small business, especially in the construction industry, which is primarily made up of tens of thousands of small and medium sized privately owned companies. Contractors who have grown over years tend to become resistant to change. But companies that are coming into their own can consciously strive to create organizations of experts who market their services based on their reputation. Vision is the key to success in this modern marketplace. https://conta.cc/4h7oVxz

Is it possible to always deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high client satisfaction? Or, does it sound too good to be true? What if you could do that in a very streamedlined way, where you can position your organisation as "the client of choice" for high performing vendors? Risk is truly controlled..Project value is maximised..Cost is optimised. All of this can be done in an Open, Fair, Transparent and Efficient manner. This is exactly what we will be sharing in the below event. Register Now! P.S. share with us your most burning questions about RFPs and we'll make sure to get it covered.

7 statements most procurement teams can NOT claim (or support with evidence): 1. Our procurement process is completely unbiased. 2. We create scope of works that's 100% complete and accurate. 3. We have a perfect track record with our procurement projects. 4. Our procurement process is the most efficient. 5. We have the most transparent procurement system in the industry. 6. Our suppliers are extremely happy with our procurement process. 7. Our tender evaluators always read every page of every proposal. Which of these do you most disagree with? This is the state the traditional procurement process has left us in. Most of these practices have remained unchanged for decades, leaving no one truly happy. Vendors - hate the clunky and extremely long tender process, it drains money, time, and efforts with no outcome guaranteed. People work sometimes till midnight and weekends to cope with the massive amount of requirements of the tender process - as a result, they are trying to survive by firing the copy& paste weapon. Clients - are left wondering, why do we continue to struggle to get vendors to do something we thought we hired them to do? Tons of evidence out there of projects failing, finishing late, going over budget, with poor client satisfaction. And you know what the natural reaction for these clients is, add more requirements to the next RFP so we can protect ourselves better..but in fact, it hurts them!! Evaluators reading proposals on the train and on Sunday afternoon, while they should be doing something else. And Procurement Teams - they are hated by everyone, everyone think they are a roadblock...but the core problem is not with procurement people, the real problem is that the current procurement system sucks and has historically failed to produce high preforming projects [CONSISTENTLY]..it sometimes works while some other time it ends up with horrific stories. This cycle will continue if we haven't fundamentally changed our way of thinking and how we approach procurement. There is a better way where we don't have to experience all of this but change is hard - and it's not for everyone. Most people would choose to stick to the familiar..even if it's clearly broken. What’s your take?
