Paul has been in the wine industry for more than 15 years in coveted leadership positions from Amazing Grapes Wine Store, to The Cellar , Studio at Montage International, Michael Mina Stonehill Tavern, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, Specialty Restaurants Corporation, and Canlis Restaurant. He has been a part of seven Wine Spectator Grand Awards and three The James Beard Foundation Awards. His certifications include holding a Diploma from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and the designation of Advanced Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, Americas. Paul is a collaborative leader, passionate about building culture and developing talent, a former competitive hockey player, and avid outdoor enthusiast. He and his wife Emily, and dog, Freddy, enjoy cooking, sports, and road trips to National Parks. We are incredibly honored to welcome you to the Simon Family Estate team, Paul!
