Members of our SIMCO team received TRU Performance Awards earlier this month! The TRU Performance Award recognizes SIMCO employees whose exceptional performance and achievements shine within the organization while embodying SIMCO’s values and principles. These honors were presented by SIMCO Program Manager Ken Harrawood and SIMCO Performance Improvement Deputy Manager Denis Asay. ? Four of our WIPP teammates were honored Thursday as members of the 2024 Carlsbad 40 Under 40 Class at the Pecos River Village Conference Center! The recipients were JJ Chavez (SIMCO Industrial Hygiene & Safety), Ashley Waldram (SIMCO Environmental Program), Sidney Vasquez (LATA - SIMCO Environmental Program), and Morgan Greer (SIMCO Legal). The organization honors professionals who give to their employers, neighbors and community in hopes of creating a strong and vibrant future for Carlsbad. #40under40
