    You don’t have to be an economist to spot the opportunity here. Rents in Cincinnati are climbing, but the cost of living is still playing in the minor leagues. That’s a rare combination — especially in a world where eggs still think they’re a luxury item. In February, Cincinnati ranked 10th for rent growth, and 94th for household expenses when compared to the 100 largest cities in the US.(https://lnkd.in/g77Eejtj). For investors, this means one thing: upside. If rent prices are growing faster than expenses, there’s room to push rents without squeezing tenants beyond affordability. That’s the kind of imbalance we like—because it means there’s still value to unlock. We’re not always right (our NCAA bracket will confirm this), but we’re right a lot.
