Our iCARE: Survivor Support Group is underway, creating a safe and supportive space for survivors to connect, heal, and grow. During our first session on February 24, participants were introduced to the group and engaged in expressive art to begin their journey together. On March 3, we explored the topic of boundaries, discussing where they are needed and how they impact our well-being. Participants then created masks—the outer mask representing how the world sees them and the inner mask revealing their true selves, thoughts, and emotions often kept hidden. Art has a powerful way of helping us understand and express our experiences. We are so grateful for the strength and creativity shared in these sessions! ?? ?? iCARE meets every Monday from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at our Elizabethtown office and is open to survivors of sexual violence ages 16+.
