Having been an integral part of the team for 12 years, John has excelled in various roles, including project management, estimating, pre-construction, and most recently, as Senior Vice President. "This promotion acknowledges the significant contributions John has made in guiding our operational excellence and delivering value to our customers and team members," said Stephen Ochoa. "John has played a pivotal role in crafting a compelling vision for the future of Silver Fern and Otago to support our projected growth. As we advance and strengthen our position as a leading provider of a full service land development consultant through Silver Fern Companies, and also providing turnkey residential development through Otago Development, John's leadership will be crucial." John Nagel expressed his gratitude, stating, "I am incredibly thankful for the opportunities provided by this company over the years and inspired by the talent and leadership at every level. I am confident in our team’s abilities and excited about the future for our people, clients, and trade partners." John holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa.
