Modesto City Schools – Fremont Elementary School Admin + Multipurpose Building. The project includes 2,900sf of administrative space and 8,600sf of multipurpose/cafeteria space. The administrative wing features a reception area, private offices, conference room, staff break room and support areas. Florida St. Discovery Center - Silver Creek Modular worked with Banning Unified School District to design and construct 2 pre-Kindergarten classrooms and 4 transitional-Kindergarten classrooms. The 1,220sf classrooms are arranged in pairs which share a preparation room for the teachers, and student restroom facilities. Sierra Lakes Elementary School, Fontana Ca - Large overhangs are provided along the front of the building to create outdoor learning environments. The large exterior balconies are directly accessed from each classroom with traditional doors and glazed operable walls. The exterior finish is primarily stucco with fiber cement accents of various colors to identify building entries and to provide projections in the wall plane. #silvercreekmodular #madeatsilvercreek #modularconstruction #schoolconstruction

Silver Creek Modular completes 36 modules for Fontana Unified School District, Sierra Lakes Elementary School. The new 2 story modular classroom building replaced several existing buildings which allowed for the development of a new playground.
