What a Night to Remember! ??? We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Cap & Cork for hosting an incredible dinner pairing event last night. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and the atmosphere set the stage for an unforgettable evening. A special thank you to Thomason's Barbecue for crafting a mouthwatering BBQ sauce made with Silk Velvet Whiskey that perfectly complemented the pairings, along with their delicious rye bread. Guests enjoyed cocktails crafted with Silk Velvet and a guided tasting of some of our early releases—barrels 2, 3, and 4—exploring the unique profiles of each. To make the evening even more special, we surprised everyone with a pour from Barrel 1, the rarest and one of the most cherished releases in our journey to date.
