Staffing companies focused on direct hire only are adding contract, contract-to-hire services to help with consistent revenue as the economy fluctuates (and to be stickier with their clients) 3. Small-medium sized staffing companies find that when they outsource their back office they can scale faster and have the appearance of being a larger organization. 4. Hybrid work continues to rise in popularity. Key take aways for employers: 1.The use of?AI in screening candidates will continue to increase, so be very specific when creating the job description. 2.
