Athletes and parents can order fully personalized uniforms—delivered in under 14 days with a 99.7% order success rate. [2025] Signature Growth Services?– Shared resources?platform for financial management and strategic growth services?to help our operating companies scale efficiently. [2025] Signature Sports Brands?– A?portfolio of club programs through a shared resource agreement. [2026] Signature Media (Coming Soon)?– The?storytelling engine?for youth sports.?Content, coverage, and media solutions, "the Barstool of youth sports". What started as a single product is now a portfolio of businesses—each designed to remove barriers, elevate the athlete experience, and scale access to youth sports. This isn’t just about coaching lacrosse. It’s about empowering over 200 local kids through the game. It’s about immersing yourself in a culture unlike any other. It’s about leaving an impact that lasts far beyond your time there. We’ll spend 10 life-changing days coaching, engaging with the community, and experiencing some of the most breathtaking places on earth—including a safari through Queen Elizabeth National Park and a gorilla trekking adventure in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Your team will never outperform their own belief in it. If even one person doubts the potential of the team— It spreads. They second-guess decisions. They drag down momentum. They resist big goals. And soon, that doubt turns into: Lower standards. Less accountability. A culture of excuses instead of execution. Here’s how to fix it: 1. Identify the skeptics. If someone doesn’t believe in the team, you need to know who. Doubt in silence is more dangerous than doubt out loud. 2. Have the hard conversation. Ask them straight up: “Do you believe in this team’s potential?” If they hesitate, you have work to do. 3. Address the root cause. Are they lacking clarity? Do they feel unheard? Most doubt isn’t random—it comes from something deeper. 4. Reset expectations. Mediocre teams allow doubt to linger. Great teams expect full buy-in—or they move on. 5. Lead with conviction. If you waver, so will they. Your team takes its belief cues from you. The best teams don’t just work together. They believe in what they’re building. And if someone doesn’t? It’s only a matter of time before it holds everyone back. I feel lucky to say that at Signature Athletics, Inc [Holding Co.], we’ve built a team that believes deeply in what we’re building— And that’s exactly why we’re growing the way we are.
