关于我们
Signal Theory is a brand development, marketing and design firm with offices in Kansas City and Wichita. Our job is to help people and brands connect in ways that mean something, which is more complicated than it sounds. But it starts with something very small – the act of signaling. Something every living organism, no matter the size or complexity – does each and every day, a million times over. Sometimes the signals are loud and clear. Sometimes they are subconscious and require some coaxing. In any regard, we exist to find resonance in the signals that flow between people and brands. Because that’s how you build trust, provide powerful solutions and say something that truly resonates.

We’re making room on our shelves for 13 new awards from this year’s regional National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA) awards! The show recognizes excellent marketing in agriculture and animal health, an industry in which we’ve been helping brands stand out for years. The highlight of the night came when our “Surprisingly Snackable” campaign for the American Pecan Promotion Board earned the top honor of Best of Show Consumer Audiences. We also took home several First Place awards for impactful work with John Deere, Bekaert and AgroLiquid, which will all advance to the national competition. #SignalTheory #BehavioralMarketing #NAMAawards #GreatWork

We're proud to celebrate the third annual Crop Nutrition Week with our partners at AgroLiquid. This week-long event brought together agricultural experts, researchers and growers to explore crop nutrition strategies and planning practices. It's more than just an industry event – it's a testament to how strong client partnerships can grow into impactful initiatives that serve the entire agricultural community. We’ve had the privilege of helping AgroLiquid evolve Crop Nutrition Week from an idea into a significant industry conversation about the business of farming. That's what happens when great partnerships take root: they flourish into something bigger than ourselves. Here's to cultivating great partnerships in the field and beyond! After a week of exploring the latest innovations at CES 2025, our Technology and Innovation Director, Elijah Kleinsmith, identified a transformative shift: "We are seeing a pivot away from 'technology for technology's sake' toward solutions that serve a deeply human need. That might sound like a small shift in perspective, but it's huge in terms of impact." Among thousands of new products and countless demos, this stood out: the most compelling innovations weren't the flashiest or most advanced—they were the ones that understood human needs at their core. The measure of innovation is no longer technological capability, but human impact. For 50 years, @mocsakc has been changing lives. But, they’ve never changed their look. Until this year, that is. We had the honor of working with the nonprofit to evolve their logo and visual identity to mark their 50-year milestone. From our perspective, an organization that works so boldly and unwaveringly toward a brighter future, should have a brand that reflects that. Thank you, MOCSA, for the opportunity to help tell your story. Read more about the new logo and what it stands for here:?https://lnkd.in/guFEVtR6

Where there is Kowing, there is culture. Jon’s summer sabbatical was a journey of sound, history and superfandom. It started in Idaho, soaking in the Festival Orchestra that featured his husband Alex, a cellist. But the highlight was yet to come – joining Alex and the Kansas City Symphony on their first-ever international tour, playing three of Europe’s most prestigious concert halls. Amsterdam came first, with the 140-year-old Concertgebouw setting the stage. Then Berlin, pulsing with culture. Finally, Hamburg and the breathtaking Elbphilharmonie — an architectural marvel perched over the Elbe River. The shows were triumphant wins. Jon still beams with pride over the performances of his husband and friends. Kowing’s journey was a reminder of what music, travel and culture can do – bring people together, create unforgettable memories and give you stories the ad agency will envy for years. #WorkSabbatical,?#WorkLifeBalance,?#Travel,?#SignalTheory

It’s harvest time – and no you don’t need a farm to join in. Our Harvest Time AR filter saw 220% more engagement than other John Deere social campaigns. Users also “harvested” the equivalent of 28,000 acres or 21,000 football fields. Developed in-house through Meta Spark Studio, Harvest Time gamifies the most important time of year for farmers, allowing users to experience the excitement of harvest in a race to see who can haul in the most bushels in 45 seconds. And to top it off, the selfie share function at the end allowed users to tout their high score on social channels. See the impact this interactive experience had on John Deere’s online presence in our case study. Click here to check it out ?? https://lnkd.in/gGuWvG-x #SignalTheory?#BehavioralMarketing?#ClientWork
