Sigma India Supports Community Feeding at Swami Samarth Math Mandai, Pune India As part of our ongoing Sigma Cares initiative, we recently had the privilege of sponsoring the Swami Samarth Math Mandai in Pune, where we helped feed over 400 people. This initiative was particularly special as it coincides with the upcoming Diwali season, a time of sharing, giving, and celebrating the triumph of light over darkness. The Swami Samarth Math Mandai is a spiritual and charitable organization in Pune, dedicated to the teachings of Swami Samarth, a revered saint from Maharashtra. The center serves as a place for worship and social welfare activities, inspired by the saint’s teachings of compassion, kindness, and community service. They organize community meals, health camps, and other social outreach programs to serve those in need. We are proud to support their incredible work in uplifting the underserved and creating a lasting impact in the community. Diwali, also known as the Festival of Lights, symbolizes new beginnings, hope, and prosperity. It is a time when families and communities come together to celebrate with joy, generosity, and reflection. Celebrating Dussehra at Sigma India! Today, the Sigma India team came together to celebrate Dussehra with a special Pooja in the office. It was a wonderful moment of unity and reflection as we sought blessings for prosperity and success, honoring the festival’s significance—the victory of good over evil. Dussehra represents Lord Rama’s triumph over Ravana and Goddess Durga’s victory over Mahishasura, reminding us of the strength that comes from courage, integrity, and moral righteousness.
