As part of Sigma's International Women's Day 2025 celebrations on March 8, we held a special event for our female team members at Hotel Sayaji, Wakad. The day was filled with enthusiasm, inspiration, and meaningful connections. We were privileged to welcome Ms. Priya Nahar (Founder, Opal Foundation) and Deputy Collector Poonam Ahire as our chief guests. Ms. Nahar's remarkable contributions to educating and empowering children with special needs continue to create a lasting impact. Our senior leadership, led by Niteen Inamdar, COO, and Dan Johnson, CHRO, reinforced the importance of "Accelerate Action"—a call to advance women's empowerment as a driver of business success. They also highlighted Sigma's commitment to increasing our female workforce. To further our commitment to women's well-being, we also hosted a Health Awareness Session on Breast Cancer Awareness & Prevention on March 4, led by Dr. Shona Nag (Director – Oncology, Sahyadri Hospital) and her team. Their insights on early detection and prevention were invaluable. A heartfelt thank you to all the amazing women of Sigma who made this celebration truly special!

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the Mega Final of Sigma’s Got Talent – Season 1 in Pune, India!?This event was more than just a competition; it was a vibrant celebration of creativity, dedication, and the incredible talents within our Sigma family. After narrowing the field to 14 exceptional finalists, we are happy to announce our winners! Mr. Rohidas Waghchoure took the top spot in the Employee Category with his outstanding performance.?In the Employee Family Category, Ms. Vedashree Satpute (daughter of Ms. Vedika Satpute) impressed the judges and secured the title.?We would be amiss for not mentioning our Special Award for Singing, which went to Gandhaksha Naik (son of Prashant Naik), who delivered a mesmerizing performance, earning well-deserved recognition. Celebrating Women’s Day at Sigma Engineered Solutions - Mexico Operations On International Women’s Day, we proudly celebrated the incredible women who contribute to the success of our Mexico operations. As a token of appreciation, we provided custom shirts to all our female employees and hosted a special lunch in their honor. Thank you to all our employees who participated in our Mega Sports Event 2025, held last week!?Champions were crowned under the lights in Chess, Carom, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Swimming, and Badminton at the sprawling Silver Sports Club Wakad, Pune. Sigma’s Senior Leadership team, including Chief Operating Officer Niteen Inamdar and Chief Human Resource Officer Dan Johnson, were on hand to cheer on the finals and even participated in Box Cricket matches, which, along with Zumba, were taking place alongside the finals. What a Trek! Last week, 146 of our employees embarked on an unforgettable journey to Tikona Fort, a historic marvel dating back to the 7th–8th centuries A.D. Beyond the breathtaking views and rich history, this trek was an opportunity to connect, contribute, and grow together. From planting trees for a greener future to supporting the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (cleaning initiative of the Government of India), every moment was filled with purpose and camaraderie.
