Under her leadership, Sigma Design teams accomplished a lot in key areas: ? Employee Growth & Well-Being – Our teams introduced tech ladders for engineers and technicians, created a principal engineer role, and enhanced mental health support. ? Marketing & Sales – We launched a new brand and website, improved SEO, and strengthened our market presence.
