You know, I was only talking to Heather Larkin for about 2.5 minutes, but it was enough to turn my?whole day around. With each question I asked, I felt like I was peeling back layer after layer of pure inspiration. But it was her answer to that third question that really got to me - it was so unexpected and impactful, it left me speechless. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel recently published an article about the impacts and issues around Gray Market products, goods that are moved between countries and sold in places without the brand's consent, resulting in products without a valid U.S. manufacturer's warranty. SIGMA Corporation of America President, Mark Amir-Hamzeh, was interviewed to give SIGMA's position on Gray Market Products. "It is all about the consumer experience from start to finish. The consumer is not getting a brand new, properly distributed product direct from SIGMA or an authorized US retailer.
