Sightly had an incredible experience at The Ad Club’s Women’s Leadership Forum 2025 this week. This year’s forum,?????????????, centered on how we can build each other up and support one another’s voices and visions. It was truly inspiring to hear from so many incredible women leaders who are driving positive change in their industries and motivating others to take action. A highlight of the event was sponsoring the welcome dinner for the Women’s Leadership Speakers. As part of the week’s theme of giving back and supporting others, Sightly made a donation for each attendee to Dress for Success Boston, an organization dedicated to empowering women with the resources and support they need to succeed in the professional world. Empowering female leaders is something Sightly is deeply committed to, and it’s an initiative we will continue to prioritize.

Sustainability in media isn’t a side project, it’s a core business imperative. That message was loud and clear at the Green Media Summit, where industry leaders tackled how we can drive real change. Michael Mezzatesta, Climate Activist and Economist, opened the day with an incredible keynote, telling us: Climate change is knocking on our door, and as advertisers, we have a role to play. The message? Give people something to be part of, reframe the conversation, and focus on solutions. These were some of our takeaways from the day: ?? ???????????????? ???????????? ?????? ????????????????????????????: Martin Bryan unveiled research conducted by IPG Mediabrands' MAGNA Global Media Trials team, showing that sustainability is no longer a "nice-to-have"—it’s a critical factor in consumer decision-making. The findings reinforced that merging profit with purpose leads to stronger business outcomes. With a growing number of eco-spenders only buying from sustainable brands, authenticity and transparency have never been more important. ?? ???????? ???????? ???? ????????????: The ad industry can’t sit this one out. Despite recent challenges, brands and agencies made it clear that sustainability remains a priority. In a panel discussion, leaders like Alex Stone emphasized that sustainability will always be a consideration in RFIs, reinforcing that commitment is here to stay. ?? ?????????????? ???????????????????? ???? ?????? ????????????????: A recurring theme throughout the summit was how the industry can reduce waste by working smarter. Consolidation isn’t just about scale, it’s about making sustainability more achievable by streamlining efforts, increasing efficiency, and minimizing environmental impact. One of the greatest highlights of the week? Connecting with our sustainability measurement partners at Greenplaces over dinner. It was inspiring to see so many companies and individuals united by a common goal. #GMS2025 #GreenMediaSummit

Feeling incredibly inspired after attending 212NYC New York's Digital Advertising Club Women in Leadership Panel! The event brought together some truly powerful female leaders who shared honest, vulnerable, and motivating insights on navigating career growth, self-advocacy, and authenticity in the workplace. Some takeaways that hit home: ?? ?????? ???????? “??” ?????????????? ???? “????” ???????? ???????????????????????? ???????? ??????????????????????????: Women often downplay their individual impact by defaulting to collective language. This was a powerful reminder to confidently own and celebrate my wins. ?? ??????’?? ???????? ?????? ???????????????????? ???? ????????: Leadership isn’t about job titles, it’s about action. Whether you’re the most junior person in the room or a seasoned executive, you can influence and inspire by speaking up, offering solutions, and taking initiative. ????????? ?????????????????????? ???????? ?????????? ??????????????????????????: Growth happens in discomfort. Whether it’s asking for a promotion, pitching a bold idea, or entering a new industry, stepping into uncertainty is necessary to break through and level up. ?? ???????????????????? ???????? ???????? ????????: Mentorship isn’t just about receiving guidance, it’s about sharing knowledge. Even as someone earlier in their career, I can offer fresh perspectives and insights that add value to others. It’s a reciprocal relationship. ?? ?????????????? ?????? ???????? ?????? ???????? ?????? ???????????? ?????????? ??????????: Reaching leadership roles isn’t just about personal success, it’s about paving the way for others. As my career progresses and I eventually grow into leadership roles, this takeaway reinforced the importance of lifting others up. Using your influence to open doors, advocate for women, and make room at the table for diverse voices is how real change happens. I left feeling energized, motivated, and grateful to be part of a room filled with women who are breaking barriers, lifting each other up, and paving the way for future generations. A huge thank you to 212NYC New York's Digital Advertising Club for hosting such a meaningful and empowering event and to Sightly for connecting me to this incredible organization! ?? #212NYC #WomenInLeadership #WomensHistoryMonth?#WomenInBusiness

AI is a powerful tool, but it will never replace human creativity. As US CEO of Mediahub Worldwide, Nicole Estebanell has spent her career leading high-performing teams, shaping global strategy, and pushing the boundaries of innovation. In the newest episode of Breaking Through the Mayhem, she sits down with Adam Katz to explore the fine line between automation and originality, and why AI should enhance human ingenuity, not replace it. AI can predict behavior, uncover insights, and optimize workflows, but its true power lies in how it works alongside human creativity, not in place of it. Nicole shares how great leaders and teams are leveraging AI to move faster, think smarter, and unlock new opportunities while keeping strategy and creative vision at the core. ??
