According to the American neuro-economist Paul Zak, immersion is "a neurologic state in which one is attentive to an experience and it resonates emotionally." How can we make learning more immersive? Bernd Gibson’s DREAM Framework provides the five main elements to turn learning into an immersive experience: Drama, Relations, Emotion, Action and Meaning. In this interactive webinar, Bernd will take participants into the world of Learning Experience Design in an intercultural context. Attendees will playfully engage with these five elements to create their own DREAM experience. Presenter: Bernd Gibson is a Learning Experience Designer in the intercultural field based in France. ’The Immersive Theatre of Learning’, published in 2024, is his first book. In his work, Bernd combines elements of immersive theatre, improvisation, stage design and story to create powerful learning ensembles.
