Sierra Pacific Constructors Wins Prestigious Award For Dine Brands Global at Los Angeles Business Council’s 54th Annual Architectural Awards. Building Inclusive Spaces for Vibrant Communities Celebrated at an event hosted by the Los Angeles Business Council. Los Angeles (October 18, 2024) – Sierra Pacific Constructors was honored at the Los Angeles Business Council’s (LABC) 54th Annual Architectural Awards, winning the Award of Excellence - Interiors in recognition of Dine Brands. The project team, Dine Brands Global, SAW & Associates, Lincoln Properties Company, Gensler, and SPC were all present. At the ceremony at the Beverly Hilton, they accepted the award before an audience of architects, designers, business leaders, and city and state officials. “Our goal with Dine Brands Global was to redefine their workplace environment and elevate the overall team member experience,” said Garine Gabrielian, Gensler. “As one of the largest full-service restaurant companies, seamlessly integrating multiple brands like Applebee's, IHOP, and other franchisees was crucial. We aimed to energize the space by fostering connections and showcasing the company's continuous innovation in culinary expertise." The award ceremony recognized more than four dozen leading architectural and design projects, including Dine Brands Global in Pasadena, that advance Los Angeles as a global creative hub while promoting dynamic, inclusive communities.
