We had another great Side Project Society meetup at the Improving Houston office last night! ?? For this session, we asked the community to share their top side project related questions in an interactive modified Lean Coffee exercise (which I may or may not have stolen from Wade Pinder ??) to ensure that we provide the most value at each meeting. It ended up being one of my favorite moments at SPS - I loved hearing everyone's different questions, thoughts and perspectives!
