WE DID IT AGAIN! Say hello to the newest member of the Shumaker Load & Go product line. Introducing our Vocational Truck Wash (VTW) system, better known as: Load & Go VTW WHAT IS IT? WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS? With three levels of design and installation packages, the Load & Go VTW is a wash system that can clean your dump trucks, hauler trucks, box trucks, construction equipment, and even personal vehicles. The Load & Go VTW system combines an undercarriage and wheel wash rack, an overhead drive-thru frame for cleaning the outside of the vehicle/equipment, and an integrated programable interface to keep the washdown process automated. The Load & Go VTW is incredibly adaptable and can be tailored specifically to each customer according to the equipment or trucks that are in the fleet. Based on tremendous feedback from our customers combined with our history in the industry, we are very aware of the struggles and issues of job site/truck cleanliness, keeping equipment functioning, time management, job retention, and eliminating “track-out/drag-out”. As these issues continue to arise for our customers, we decided to provide the solution. Here is a brief list of benefits of the Load & Go VTW: ?????????????- SAFETY: significantly reduces the amount a driver/employee spends climbing on the truck/equipment ??????????????- SAVE TIME: the programable interface allows the user to dictate the length of the wash cycle (average wash cycle approximately 1-3 minutes). ??????????????- SAVE MONEY: reduce/eliminate “track out”, lower carbon footprint (may allow you access for grants), longer equipment life, easier maintenance, more efficient washdown process allowing for more work to be completed, waste reduction WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE? The Load & Go VTW may seem familiar to some of our customers. That is most likely because you have seen the original Load & Go Ready Mix Truck Wash. The Load & Go VTW is a related product that is in the same family but meets different needs. If you are a proud owner of the Load & Go Ready Mix Truck Wash system, there is no need to panic. The new VTW system is not an upgrade or a replacement. Although the Load & Go Ready Mix Truck Wash system has the ability to clean other vehicles and equipment, its most effective use is for ready-mix concrete trucks. Received an awesome text with this video today from customer in Massachusetts. They had the Load and Go shutdown for the winter due to remaining way under freezing for a longer period of time. Drivers pushed to get it operating today as the temps were going to rise above freezing. Producer was ecstatic and surprised to tell us it fired right back up with zero issues. We knew that should be the case, but he was not so confident. We are super glad we exceeded his expectations, and thankful our winter mode blowout is doing its job. Let's keep those drivers in the truck as much as we can!
