?? Employee Spotlight! ?? This week, we're shining the spotlight on Danius Gladden! ?? D has been a valued member of the Shred America team since January 2020, taking on a variety of roles within the Carolina Shred/Shred America organization. He has worked as a part of the inside sales team, Collections, and Customer Retention, where he played a key role as a liaison between the company and our most valued customers during price increase rollouts. Embracing a "Swiss Army Knife" mentality, he steps in wherever needed to help the team succeed—whether it’s in the call center, providing customer support, answering questions, or resolving issues. His goal is always to give his best and contribute to the team's success. ?? For D, watching the growth of Carolina Shred and Shred America over the years has been incredibly rewarding. “Despite challenges, we've stayed on course and thrived. Being part of that journey is definitely something to be proud of.” ?? Outside of work, D enjoys cooking, baking, and shooting sports. He even owns a pie-baking company, Big Guy & The Pie, which he started as a way to teach his kids about entrepreneurship. “I'm a good shot, and I can touch your soul with the delicious pies and meals whipped up in my kitchen.” ?? What D appreciates most about Shred America is its strong, family-like culture. “It feels like being part of a huge, caring family, and that's woven into the company culture. It’s truly a blessing.” ?? D, we’re grateful to have you on the team—thank you for everything you do!
