Thank you everyone whom congratulated me on my 26th work anniversary. The first question almost everyone will asked me, SHRDC pays you well ya ?? Isn’t about carrots and sticks—it’s about what drives us from within. My dna works around the works of Dan Pink. (15 yrs ago I was introduced to his research via Drive, and ever since I have almost read all his research and books. The latest is about Regrets. It’s built on three pillars: 1. Autonomy: The urge to direct our own lives. 2. Mastery: The desire to get better at something that matters. 3. Purpose: The yearning to contribute to something bigger than ourselves. In our company closure townhall for 2024, i felt so loved and appreciated by our Chairman (en roslan from Denso) and VC (Pn Mai from Renesas) for personally giving me and my team our increment and bonus despite our shortcoming. It’s the first time our exco attended our townhall, as well as the first time they gave out out letters. I was so moved. Both of them also gave some encouragement and advise to me to do better and more in 2025. #shrdc #iloveshrdc #happy33anniversaryshrdc
