Essential Functions: - Other duties may be assigned, requested or directed. - Design rough draft layouts or floor plan dimensions on 20/20 program. - Maintain Design Log with notes and completion of work. - Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner; all phone calls must be documented. - Provide customers with accurate information using resources provided. If unable to provide answer on incoming call, agent must call back customer with information within department expectations. - Respond to all customer communications (phone, email, fax, print, etc.) in a friendly and professional manner. Follow department guidelines regarding customer communication expectations. - Send perspective 3D, layout, and pricing information for review. - Place order for dealer if job sells. Our amazing Showplace employee owners came together in the month of July to make a difference! Through donations collected during the month, we filled 45 backpacks with school supplies for kids of various ages in our surrounding communities to assist them in preparing for a successful start to the year. We announce the next group of recipients of our quarterly Employee Directed Giving Program which allows our employee-owners to nominate and then later vote on 7 charities and non-profits in the area to receive a $5000 donation. As Showplace Cabinetry marks its 25th anniversary in the Sioux Falls area, the manufacturer is beginning a major expansion.

We have some exciting additions to our production facilities coming in the next couple years. The first is the addition of a flatline finish machine that will allow us to increase our production capabilities to meet demand for our product lines.
