We work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families struggling with issues including but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive Cumpulsive Disorder (OCD), grief and loss, disordered eating and life transitions. Versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure Therapy, and Behavior Modification, we use an eclectic approach, because we know that therapy is not one size fits all.
