One of our Colorado-based security engineers, Ishan Brown, spoke at a recent Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) event to share his story of “How I accidentally discovered my first CVE.” His first published Common Vulnerabilities and Exposure (CVE) was a Critical 9.8 unauthenticated remote code execution (RCE) focused on identifying a deserialization vulnerability.
