Thank you, YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles, for your incredible support in helping families affected by the fires. We’re grateful to have contributed by donating new apparel and shoes from WSS to bring relief to LA families. Together, we stand strong. ??
We want to shout out WSS / Foot Locker for their incredible generosity in supporting Y’s wildfire relief efforts. When we shared that we were accepting donations to support those impacted they quickly sent over hundreds of pairs of sandals, 50 boxes of Nike and Jordan products, and 1,000 pairs of Reebok shoes, socks, and shirts. Additionally, they gave a grant of $10,000 to our wildfire relief impact fund supporting the ongoing services we are offering impacted families and individuals such as: childcare, camp, Y memberships, and mental health supports. We have served tens of thousands to date in the fire response and we are only able to do this with the help of partners and sponsors like WSS. Thank you!
