Honored to announce that I have been named to Forbes 30 under 30 Cincinnati list! Entrepreneurship entails a lot of ups and downs and I firmly believe in celebrating the ups. I'm a bit late to the party when it comes to Noshable's SCALE recap post. Mainly due to the fact I stayed a few days extra to catch FC Barcelona win 3-0 at home! Some key takeaways from the conference: -Direct Booking mvmt is big (and growing) but OTAs are bigger -"Nosh" is a double entendre in the UK (thanks to James Weatherby for the constant reminders) -AI is a tool not a solution (John An) -The pizza food truck > poke bowl food truck -Noshable has promising applications in large parts of Europe and Australia While conferences are always fun and are a necessity to the job, the SCALE conference was particularly special. It was full of new operators, vendors, and influencers. A large majority of whom I got to meet for the very first time. I'm a firm believer that strangers are just friends we haven't met yet. I look forward to catching up and continuing conversations with so many of my newfound industry friends. Until next time!
