Meet Dave Rainey, superintendent with Shoemaker! He brings more than 38 years of industry experience. He is actively involved in every aspect of the construction process. From interpreting blueprints to coordinating the turnover of all systems, Dave executes the construction work plan as developed by the project management team. #TheGoldStandard

Our team recently celebrated the opening of The School District of Philadelphia's new Lewis C. Cassidy Academics Plus School! We are honored to have been the construction manager on this project, and we can’t wait to see the impact the school will have on this community. #TheGoldStandard #DiversitysNextLevel

It was an honor to celebrate the opening of the new Lewis C. Cassidy Academics-Plus School today with the Operations Division, the Board of Education, elected officials, developers Perryman Shoemaker and Ewing Cole, students, parents, and community advocates. They have all played a crucial role in bringing this vision to life. We aren't only cutting the ribbon, but we are also opening the doors to a brighter future for our students and our community. On August 26th, more than 600 students from pre-K to 8th grade will start their educational journey here in this nearly 88,000-square-foot, three-story building. Looking forward to the incredible possibilities that lie ahead for our scholars as they imagine and realize any future they desire. #PHLED
