Meet Samantha Smith, Project Coordinator at Shoberg Homes! Originally from Greenville, SC, Samantha moved to Texas in 2021 after graduating from the University of Alabama. Her passion for home design started early, spending time walking through neighborhoods with her mom, admiring beautiful homes and envisioning their potential. Before joining Shoberg Homes in 2023, Samantha gained valuable experience in commercial real estate and custom home building in Austin and Lakeway. Now, as a Project Coordinator, she plays a key role in assisting with two of our projects—one in Rollingwood and one in Barton Hills. She also serves as a vital liaison between clients, architects, and designers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Her organizational skills and attention to detail help keep projects running smoothly while bringing the design vision to life. Samantha loves seeing designs transform from ideas into reality, both at work and in her own life. When she’s not managing projects, she’s renovating her own home, gardening, spending time outdoors, and enjoying life with her two dogs, Chandler and Lloyd.
