We're hiring! SHKS Architects is currently interviewing for a full-time Project Architect to join our 25-person practice located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. Established in 1997, SHKS is focused on the sustainable renovation, repair, and adaptation of existing buildings and sites for contemporary use; conserving embodied energy, habitat, material, and cultural resources. Current projects are a mix of public and institutional projects, including libraries, university buildings, and municipal facilities; as well as residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Ideal candidates have a professional degree in architecture, 4 to 7 years of experience, proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, and a passion for renovation, adaptive reuse, and preservation projects.
