Last week’s Self-Care & Create Your Own Body Care Workshop was such a grounding and rejuvenating experience! ??♀?? Led by Tricia Ross, Founder of Anderson + Joy, we learned the importance of self-care rituals and created our own personalized fragrances and handmade bath/shower bombs. ???? This workshop, part of a series hosted by Shine Your Light CT and funded by a grant from the Glastonbury Greater Together Community Fund, is all about providing opportunities to nurture our well-being and connect as a community before the busy holiday season.
