Team Leadership: Manage and motivate your team, including the Maintenance Crew and Office Team. Coordinate with Shinda’s Central Service Office (CSO) for site support. Work effectively from anywhere! 2. Physical Management: Regularly examine, analyze, and report on your entire site. Supervise maintenance staff for timely, high-quality repairs. Ensure a safe environment for all residents with our security system.. 3.Admin and Reporting: Use SMC’s PropTech for required reports by SMC and government agencies. Maintain property audit readiness by ensuring compliance with MOR & REAC standards. Prepare and execute annual Certifications and Audits. 4.Tenant Engagement: Conduct tours for prospective residents. Establish community partnerships to offer valuable programs and services. Develop and implement an engaging new tenant orientation program. Oversee move-in and move-out processes for seamless transitions. Maintain accurate records of rents, deposits, and application fees. 5.Cost Control: Minimize expenses through effective management.
