Throughout my career, I've imagined writing this post, never quite knowing how or when it would become reality. Today, I'm thrilled to announce that I'll be a workshop speaker at the 2025 NADA Show in New Orleans! ?? This moment feels particularly special because it represents not just a personal milestone, but a journey of continuous growth and adaptation. Just as the automotive industry has evolved, so have I. Through it all, one thing has remained constant: my passion for helping people shift through their limitations and awaken to their purpose. Some have said to me, "Jacqueline, the automotive industry doesn't have room for purpose-filled people." I respectfully disagree. In my journey, I've found my most receptive audience in an unexpected place – our technicians. The very group others said would be least likely to embrace my message has proven to be the most ready and responsive. Speaking at NADA was once just a dream, but dreams don't materialize from standing still. They come true through relentless perseverance, unshakeable faith, years of experience, and unwavering confidence. They require the resilience to get up after being knocked down – whether once, twice, or ten thousand times – and the deep conviction that your God-given purpose must be shared. As our industry has embraced new technologies, shifted consumer behaviors, and redefined success, I've made it my mission to grow alongside these changes. This evolution hasn't been solo – I've been fortunate to partner with incredible clients who've been equally committed to pushing boundaries and embracing innovation. In New Orleans, I'll be leading a workshop on "Closing the Fixed Ops Revenue Gap" – a topic that's been central to this transformation journey. We'll explore how video multi-point inspections are revolutionizing dealership operations, building trust, and creating new revenue opportunities.
