As a reminder, the Shiawassee Family YMCA will be closed before and after the Turkey Burn on Thanksgiving Day so that our staff can spend the holiday with their loved ones. The Turkey Burn consists of two classes: Cardio Workout at 9:00 AM and Breathwork/Meditation at 9:30 AM. Classes are free for the community. The fitness center will not be open during this time.

Living in poverty doesn't automatically mean you are food insecure, and being considered food insecure doesn't mean you live in poverty. Visit https://lnkd.in/gtw2SWwK to learn more about how the Shiawassee Family YMCA is impacting food insecurity here in Shiawassee County and how you can get involved.
