Sheraton Grand Seattle was proud to host the A.L.I.C.E. Women in Leadership Conference, celebrating and empowering women in hospitality. The event fostered leadership, collaboration, and culinary excellence, with three of our chefs sharing inspired dishes and takeaway recipe cards. We also highlighted Noir Lux Candle Co., a Black woman-owned business, and welcomed keynote speaker Scharrell Jackson. Through our Serve 360 initiatives, attendees filled school backpacks, created blankets for Seattle Children’s, and supported meaningful causes.
