Did you hear about the update to the Medicare Part D structure? There were changes made to the benefit phases, out-of-pocket costs, and the Medicare prescription payment program. The Part D benefit will have 3 phases instead of 4: Annual deductible, initial coverage, and catastrophic coverage.?? The 2025 annual out-of-pocket maximum lowered to $2,000.? Medicare has implemented the prescription payment program. This program offers a new option?that will help beneficiaries with high prescription costs. The plans will work with individuals to spread out prescription costs over time.?Enrollees will have the option to pay for prescription drugs monthly instead of lump sums at the pharmacy.
