While Mike Tyson and Jake Paul may have been in the boxing spotlight Friday night, Prolific delivered a knockout performance the week before by packing over 700 Thanksgiving meals for families in need. This incredible effort was made possible through the generosity and teamwork of several organizations. Southland Community Church provided the funding for the Thanksgiving boxes, Prolific sponsored the gift cards and packed the boxes with care, and The Lids Foundation supplied the frozen turkeys. Together, they made a lasting impact, showing the true power of community during the holiday season. Thank you to everyone who made this happen!

Last month, we had a fantastic evening at Shepherd Community Academy’s first annual STEM Night! On October 8, 46 families came together to experience a Space-themed adventure with hands-on science and math activities designed to spark curiosity and excitement in both kids and parents. Throughout the night, families explored four interactive stations, each highlighting a unique STEM concept: Station 1: Weight on the Moon experiment — Discovering how gravity affects weight on the Moon compared to Earth. Station 2: Building Constellation Snacks — Creating tasty star patterns. Station 3: Nebula Jar Craft — Making mesmerizing jars that resemble cosmic clouds. Station 4: Solar System Escape Room — Using math and problem-solving skills to navigate an “out of this world” escape challenge.
