In our first episode, Dave Neal joins The Shell Shock Experience to talk about his time as Terp, playing for Gary Williams, playing with Greivis Vasquez, competing in the ACC, and working his way into the starting lineup. Dave shares his thoughts on this year's Maryland team, the job Kevin Willard has done so far, and the value to the program of having an alumni team like Shell Shock competing in the TBT. Dave also catches us up on what he's doing after basketball and suggests the next Terp we should talk to. We are thrilled to welcome Joshua Liu to the Shell Shock team as our Director of Campus Strategy and Operations! Joshua is a recent University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business graduate with a dynamic network who helped start and grow the Sports Management Program at UMD! He will be bringing a new and unique perspective to the team and help bring Shell Shock to life on campus and to the young alumni demographic!

Next up is our new Director of Business Development & Partnerships, Joseph Lynch, MSHA! Joe will bring his background in corporate sponsorship sales and revenue growth strategies to Shell Shock and help create lasting partnerships and relationships within the community and beyond!

Shell Shock is excited to welcome back Max Holzman as our Assistant General Manager! Max played a major role in our success in year 1 and is back to continue building our championship culture. An NCAA national champion as a member of the South Carolina women's basketball team practice squad, Max currently works at Audacy Baltimore and has a degree in sports management from the University of South Carolina.
