We've had some fun reflecting on our past STARR Awards with the oldest one on our shelf going back to 1993 and our four new ones pushing the total well into the 40s. Ironwood Steakhouse opens tonight in Sioux Falls! It's the final of three new restaurants in the Steel District from our partner Josh Thoma and team, following Big Sioux Burger and Dahlia Kitchen + Bar, and we're proud to have again managed the furniture and décor package from sourcing and warehousing through delivery and installation.

We had so much fun at Newh North Central's enchanted forest masquerade last night. Not only did we takeover the dance floor, but we were also recognized as a 2025 TopID firm by showcasing our CRAVE Food & Drink Galleria renovation project! Thank you NEWH, Inc for the award and hosting us at the incredible event. This year the masquerade was held at the Shea-designed distillery Earl Giles, so it was extra special for our team. Already looking forward to next year!

It’s clear that country clubs are evolving, and no one understands their current state better than the leadership in the heart of the storm daily. Noting their club’s changing state and many equipped with an influx of capital, leaders are eager to invest in club improvement projects.
