MSCA hosted their annual STARR Awards ceremony last night, and we're proud to have earned four awards for our work at Waterbury Restaurant, Gray Fox at Dayton's Project, Pints & Paddle and yum! Kitchen + Bakery! We're extremely proud of our team, clients and partners for their part in making these projects a success. We've had some fun reflecting on our past STARR Awards with the oldest one on our shelf going back to 1993 and our four new ones pushing the total well into the 40s. We're looking forward to what comes next and hoping the shelf is still hanging on when we hit 50 ?? Thank you, Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA)!

Ironwood Steakhouse opens tonight in Sioux Falls! It's the final of three new restaurants in the Steel District from our partner Josh Thoma and team, following Big Sioux Burger and Dahlia Kitchen + Bar, and we're proud to have again managed the furniture and décor package from sourcing and warehousing through delivery and installation.

We had so much fun at Newh North Central's enchanted forest masquerade last night. Not only did we takeover the dance floor, but we were also recognized as a 2025 TopID firm by showcasing our CRAVE Food & Drink Galleria renovation project! Thank you NEWH, Inc for the award and hosting us at the incredible event. This year the masquerade was held at the Shea-designed distillery Earl Giles, so it was extra special for our team. Already looking forward to next year!

It’s clear that country clubs are evolving, and no one understands their current state better than the leadership in the heart of the storm daily. Noting their club’s changing state and many equipped with an influx of capital, leaders are eager to invest in club improvement projects. And while they all have a list of things they?want?to get done and another list of things that?need?to get done, it can be difficult knowing where to start. A massive congratulations goes out to Heidi for celebrating 25 years at Shea today! Between our Shea and SheaMakes teams, our praise for Heidi could go on and on and on and on. She's a constant go-to for her production talents and willingness to jump-in and help anyone with any project. We could not be more fortunate to have Heidi on our team, nor more proud to be celebrating her incredible career milestone.

A big congrats to Big Sioux Burger and Dahlia Kitchen + Bar on their openings in Sioux Falls' Steel District this week. We had the huge opportunity to source and manage the full furniture, art and décor package for both restaurants, and we enjoyed watching the spaces transform with each delivery and installation. We look forward to celebrating Ironwood's opening next!
