We’re excited to share some fun progress on our Mears 140, 150 project! Current Activities: ? The ceiling installation is beginning next week with J&B Acoustics! It’s always a key moment to see the structure start to take shape. ? Next up: Paint and texture prep before we move on to the finishes. We can’t wait to see how this space transforms. ? The team is working efficiently with KC Interiors handling the framing, drywall, and paint – and they’re crushing it! ? Big thanks to Pueblo Mechanical for keeping everything on track with the mechanical systems. ? RMJ Electrical Contractors, Inc. is making sure all things electrical are ready for energizing. A Special Shoutout to Our Architect: We couldn’t be more thrilled with the work of Phoenix Design One! Their vision and expertise are truly bringing this project to life. Thank you for your continued collaboration and amazing design work! Fun Fact: We’re right on schedule and hitting our targets on budget – teamwork at its finest! Anticipated Finish Date: End of April 2025 – looking forward to seeing it all come together! A huge shoutout to our amazing subcontractors and partners on this project.
