To kickstart Breast Cancer Awareness Month, WISE (Women Influencing Sharp's Evolution) held a Pink Party at our Montvale HQ last Thursday. Employees decorated pink t-shirts, enjoyed a pinked-out ice cream bar, decorated their workspaces in pink décor and played trivia games to educate about breast cancer awareness.

Our team from Montvale HQ gathered at Bergen Community College for the New Jersey Walk to Fight Alzheimer's. Another successful day was spent with our MEVO (Mahwah Environmental Volunteers Organization) friends on the Lovewell Farm! Earlier this week, Montvale HQ employees volunteered on various projects, including equipment takedown, wood chipping, and weeding, to prepare the farm for its winter harvest. Yesterday morning, our human resources team hosted a breakfast at Montvale HQ with Ramapo College Career Center Director LaQuan Norman, Assistant Director Kevin Blute, and Sharp's Ramapo alums. The breakfast allowed alums and our distinguished guests to connect and gave our team the opportunity to share their career experiences and perspectives.
