Since launching in 2021, Glitter has grown from an idea into a community-powered movement—cleaning hundreds of blocks every week on behalf of thousands of neighbors. As a serial entrepreneur and longtime community leader, Morgan has spent her career proving that business can be a force for good. From building a tech company that supported sustainability efforts to leading large-scale initiatives tackling poverty, she’s always been driven by impact. Now, she’s bringing that energy full-time to Glitter to help us grow, innovate, and expand our reach even further. Hey neighbors, If you don't know me I’m Rocky, mascot of Glitter—a community-powered initiative where over 1,200 neighbors crowdfund to clean up litter on their blocks in Philadelphia (and some day in many other places?!), creating living-wage jobs for 20+ individuals facing barriers to employment. We’re looking for a designer or team to bring our new portal to life and make it intuitive, fun, and delightful to use. What We’re Building Our portal is where neighbors manage contributions, access cleaning info, and request materials to invite neighbors to join. Built on Softr and integrated with Airtable, it works—but it needs your creativity to feel polished, uplifting, and aligned with Glitter’s friendly, professional tone. What We Need 1?? Visual Design Expertise: Use our brand guidelines, custom CSS, and responsive design to refine the portal’s look. 2?? Fun & Accessible UX: Add features like progress trackers and ensure navigation is intuitive. 3?? Hands-On Implementation: Make changes directly in Softr and prepare the portal for future growth.
